Nice!nano wireless MCU

A nice!nano provides a wireless option. A high profile socket is best to provide more space under the MCU for the battery instead of the low profile sockets.

You do not need the power switch and decoupling capacitor if you want to solder the battery to the nice!nano directly, but I would recommend using them.

• The battery leads are soldered to the board, so it does not need a connector.
• The power switch is double pole double throw as the double pole mount is sturdier; this model is also symmetric, which is important for a reversible board. The listed switch is side activated, there is a JS Series top activated one with an identical footprint that would work fine as well (part JS202011CQN).
• The capacitors mitigate power surge when turning on the battery. They are already present on the nice!nano MCU, so are not needed with that wireless MCU. They only need to handle 4.2v, but a bit more capable is rarely bad.

A wider footprint gives more options for the power switch, which the factory can also install as part of the PCBA.
